Copyright Images

­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­We respect the intellectual property rights of others. To respect the ownership of copyright owners we have  purchased a contract with Shutterstock for the use of 350 graphics for a lifetime for the purpose of educating others. The Shutterstock contract agrees to indemnify us over dispute of any of the graphics provided by them. Shutterstock obtains a usage agreement to resell graphics from the actual owner of each image. The purchase of the license gives International Autoimmune Encephalitis Society the copyright.  Anyone else who uses the work product published on this site that includes images with the © symbol will be held accountable for copyright infringement.  

Currently some of the images on this site are in the public domain. We have done our due diligence to confirm this and share the information here:
